They generally come in many formats, but the most popular types are PDF format which requires the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher (in most cases you may already have this on your computer now) or EXE format, which means it is a stand alone executable file that doesn't need any additional software to open it. Please NOTE: EXE files usually will not open on Macintosh Computers, so keep this in mind.

NO. Due to the nature of the electronic business, clients cannot return or exchange eBooks, eProducts, or custom designs. However, if the eBook or eProduct was purchased on CD or DVD, you can return the CD or DVD at your expense for shipping and insurance costs to get a replacement CD or DVD of that same purchase.
